Risk and Compliance Manager

Position Overview:

As a Senior Investment Analyst at Wisayah, you will play a key role in our investment management team, contributing to the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities. This position requires a strategic mindset, financial expertise, and the ability to perform in-depth market research.

You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to identify global investment opportunities, assist in building portfolios, and provide comprehensive analysis to support decision-making processes.

What You’ll Do:

Investment Analysis:
Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential investment opportunities across various asset classes.

Portfolio Management:
Support portfolio managers in building and managing diversified portfolios, providing insights to optimize performance.

Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with global market trends, economic factors, and relevant industry news to identify investment risks and opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare investment reports, financial models, and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including risk management, finance, and strategy, to ensure alignment with the firm’s investment strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA qualification is a plus.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or portfolio management. Previous experience in asset management or institutional investment is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and market research tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
